Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with enterprise software implementation and client onboarding
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of AI technology and smart city solutions preferred
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- CRM and project management software proficiency
Job Description
- Manage post-sale relationships with Ekin's enterprise and government clients
- Oversee client onboarding, training, and solution deployment processes
- Ensure successful implementation of Ekin's AI solutions and maximize client value
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client issues and optimize performance
- Conduct regular client health checks and satisfaction assessments
- Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with sales teams
- Develop client success metrics and reporting dashboards
- Create and maintain client documentation and training materials
- Serve as primary point of contact for escalated client concerns
