Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, system integration, or field engineering
- Strong understanding of AI systems, computer vision, and IoT technologies
- Experience with network infrastructure, camera systems, and edge computing
- Proficiency in Linux, Python, and system administration
- Knowledge of networking protocols and security configurations
- Ability to travel to client sites for installation and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Job Description
- Provide technical implementation support for Ekin's AI solutions
- Conduct on-site installations, configurations, and system integrations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide remote and on-site support
- Collaborate with clients' IT teams to ensure proper system integration
- Develop technical documentation and implementation guides
- Conduct client training sessions on system operation and maintenance
- Support pre-sales technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept deployments
- Provide feedback to product development teams on field performance and client needs
- Maintain technical expertise on Ekin's complete solution portfolio
